At love's command by Karen Witemeyer

Karen Witemeyer has done it again  - it's now 2am because I couldn't stop reading. While I promised an honest review for this book, it is obvious by the late hour that I really enjoyed it! The book has themes of trusting in God and overcoming your past.  It was a clean read.

I liked both of the main characters and the strong woman that Karen has created. I think to tell you exactly why would qualify as spoilers but I will say that I love ten dollar words too.  You'll have to read it to find out what I mean!

Would I buy this if I had to pay? Yes! I've liked everything I've ever read of Karen's (which is every book she has ever written).  This is a standalone at least until the other books in the series come out. I do suggest reading her other books though. While they won't contribute to this series, they are just a darned good read.
