Save the last dance by Shelley Shepard Gray

 I chose to read this book because my Mother recommended it. She said that she had really been enjoying the series and couldn't wait to read this one.  I had been a fan of the historical novels that the author had written but was undecided about this series. When I saw it come up on Netgalley in exchange for a review, I thought that I may as well read it.

I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.  I loved the themes of trust and enjoying the moments that life gives you.  I thought that the pacing was good and made for an enjoyable reading experience. I was pleased that I found it hard to put down.

Would I pay for this? Yes, I would and because I enjoyed it so much, I'll go back and read the previous books in the series as a result.
