Mulberry Hollow by Denise Hunter

 What a good way to spend an afternoon - just what the doctor ordered - an afternoon relaxing with a good book. This is the second in the Riverbend series. I read the first one but I'm pretty sure that you haven't read the first one, you could read this as a standalone.  I do recommend reading the first though.

Denise Hunter writes about characters who have realistic problems.  This makes her books more relatable. I binge read the entire book in a day and I really enjoyed it. Yes, I got the book free in exchange for an honest review, but I have no problems in endorsing it - I'm even buying it for my library. I'm also really looking forward to the next book in the series.
