Track of Courage is everything I love about a Susan May Warren story — faith, danger and romance. The Alaska setting is vivid: think The Mountain Between Us meets The Rescue. Warren’s knack for combining physical danger with spiritual reflection really shines. Both Keely and Dawson are broken in different ways, but their courage (and growing trust in God and each other) feels authentic rather than forced.
Overall, Track of Courage is a fast-paced, faith-filled romantic suspense that fans of Warren’s Montana Rescue or Sky King Ranch series will devour. It’s about survival, second chances, and learning that true courage often comes when you’re most afraid. Plus, there's a dog!
